Reality Check, you'll look at what makes a successful
entrepreneur and see if you "have what it takes". Dyer
Consulting Group will also work with you to do a detailed
"Opportunity Assessment" of your business that examines your
business idea from every angle. This assessment will help you
decide if your business is a "go" or a "no go" before you spend
too much time or money.
By the time you finish the program, you'll know whether your
idea has "legs" and if starting a business is the right decision
for you. The Reality Check program takes approximately 6
hours to complete.
Dyer Consulting Group's Business Plan Services and/or its
Business Advisory Services are also available to you if you feel
you need additional guidance or if you would like to charge
ahead and get started with your business plan.

Strategic Entrepreneurship will introduce practicing and
hopeful entrepreneurs to the key elements necessary to build
the knowledge and skills necessary to continue to grow the
business and be profitable. It offers essential business
information to help you develop your entrepreneurial skills and
build your business on a strong foundation. Clients will
develop an Action Plan for implementation throughout the
program. With the Strategic Entrepreneurship program, you'll
create a framework to determine the best way to grow your
business.
The Strategic Entrepreneurship program takes approximately
2 days to complete
